Tsing Standard provides cell, module and pack engineering, connecting product requirements, selection and design with prototype integration, implementation and validation within an agreed project scope.
Translate energy, power, temperature, lifetime, size and cost objectives into selection criteria and operating limits. Compare specifications and supplier information to select cells for the intended module and pack. Evaluate samples and test critical differences under representative conditions.
Possible deliverables: application requirements, cell comparison and selection proposals, operating limits, and a sample evaluation and validation plan.
Develop module concepts covering series and parallel configuration, electrical connections, sensing and balancing, temperature monitoring, physical arrangement and thermal-management interfaces. Integrate prototypes and address cell consistency, interface compatibility and module performance within the agreed scope.
Possible deliverables: module system concepts, interface and key-component lists, an integration plan, and issue and improvement records.
Develop the pack concept around voltage, power and operating environment. Coordinate packaging, weight, thermal management, electrical protection, BMS and application interfaces. Progress agreed component configuration, prototype integration, control-system commissioning and design validation.
Possible deliverables: system architecture and interface documents, key-component configurations, an implementation plan, a validation matrix and delivery-review documentation.
Battery cycling systems and BMS hardware-in-the-loop testing verify performance, communication, measurement, balancing, protection and thermal-management control. Use the results to check design assumptions, investigate integration issues and guide engineering improvements.
Traction projects address vehicle duty cycles, fast charging, packaging, weight and vehicle interfaces. Storage projects address power, duration, operating strategy, cycling and plant-level interfaces. Each application defines its design inputs and acceptance conditions.
