Define the product, capacity, takt time, process connections, layout, key equipment and site requirements. Review logistics, control, data and energy-system interfaces, then develop a construction or retrofit concept and phased implementation plan.
Integrate cycling, electrical testing, leak testing, fixtures and automation with the equipment required by the project. Undertake agreed design, manufacturing or procurement, installation, wiring, software configuration and commissioning, including interfaces with adjacent processes.
Conduct factory and site acceptance against the technical agreement, resolve issues and deliver training and documentation. Support trial operation and production introduction. Overseas projects address local electrical configurations, site conditions, engineering interfaces and implementation resources during planning.
